We know that moving can be a stressful endeavor, so we're hoping to ease the pressure a little by organizing some key items right here on this page for you.  Of course, if there's anything you need help finding that's not listed, please don't be shy!  Give us a call at (888) 960-1447 or contact us online anytime.
  • Renter's Insurance is an oft-overlooked piece of the move-in process.  We highly recommend that all of our residents protect themselves with an affordable plan.  You've got plenty of options, a good place to start is with eRenterPlan, with whom you'll receive special rates due to their relationship with Harbor Point!

  • Electricity is provided by Eversource.  Here's their website to get the ball rolling for you so you'll be all set by the time you move in to your new home.

  • Gas (for our townhomes only) is provided by National Grid.  Make sure you set up your account online before move-in day arrives!

  • Cable and Internet are provided by Comcast.  You're welcome to explore other options in the area, but Comcast is often the most convenient as their services are pre-wired in our buildings.

  • The U.S. Postal Service has a great tool on their website that allows you to complete your Change of Address online.  It's so easy!
Depending on which building you'll live in, some of the utilities may not apply to you.  If you have any questions about which utilities you'll need to set up for your new home, please ask your Leasing Agent.
