From there, you and all roommates who are over the age of 18 will fill out your applications entirely online
During the online application process, you’ll pay a $300 deposit. When you move in, this deposit will go towards your first month's rent. If at any point you decide to cancel your application with the Future Residents Club, your $300 deposit is completely, 100% refundable. No questions asked.

We’re Flexible
If you’re looking for a shorter lease term, that totally works too. We offer lease terms as long as 15 months all the way down to just a 5-month stay. Whatever your needs, we’ve got just the thing for you.
Prices will vary based on selected unit, move-in date, and length of lease.

This 640 square feet floorplan is located in a building on the 3rd floor without elevator access. These buildings have access to the laundry room also located on the third floor.
The floorplans are a little smaller than the 1 Bedroom Mall floorplan but also less expensive.

1 Bedroom Mall
Our most popular 1-bedroom floorplan is located in most of our mid-rise and high-rise buildings with elevator access. The laundry room is located on the 3rd floor of each building.
These 725 square feet floorplans have larger kitchen areas and walk in closets.
2 Bedrooms*
Our 2 Bedroom 1 bathroom 873 square foot apartment is located typically on the third floor of our 3 story buildings without elevator access. These floorplans are fantastic layouts for roommates.
The kitchen and living are spacious with plenty of closet space. You will love the value and space of this floorplan. The apartment is located on the same floor as the laundry room.
2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom
Our 2 Bedroom 1 bathroom 873 square foot apartment is located typically on the third floor of our 3 story buildings without elevator access. These floorplans are fantastic layouts for roommates.
The kitchen and living are spacious with plenty of closet space. You will love the value and space of this floorplan. The apartment is located on the same floor as the laundry room.
2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Apartment
Our most popular 2 bedroom 2 bathroom is located in many locations through our community in our midrise and high-rise buildings. These floorplans are all located in buildings with elevators. The laundry room is located on the 3rd floor of the building. This 900 square feet apartment features two bedrooms with 5 closets throughout the apartment.
You will love the layout of the kitchen and living room. Plenty of space for two twin beds or a queen sized bed in each bedroom. The Carson beach floorplan is 900 square feet. The Tenean Beach and Castle Island floorplans are slightly larger and very high demand. There may be limitations on supply.
2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Townhouse
Most of these 2 bedroom townhome apartments are located on the waterfront with great views of Dorchester Bay. All townhomes do not include any utilities.
These apartments include the options to include a stackable washer and dryer at an additional cost at $100 per month.
3 Bedrooms*
The 3 Bedroom Floorplans are in high demand; we will be only taking a limited number of waitlist applications.
3 Bedroom 1.5 Bathroom Townhouse
Our 3-bedroom townhomes on two floors are 1247 square feet. The first floor living space features a living room, dining room and kitchen. It is perfectly set up for roommates with equal sized bedrooms and a full bathroom in the common area hallway.
These apartments include the options to include a washer and dryer at an additional cost of $100 a month.
3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Townhouse
This beautiful triple townhome features 1320 ft of pure living space. This floorplan is in high demand so jump on this quick. Each bedroom includes the perfect sized closet and the ability to include two twin beds or one queen bed.
These apartments include the options to include a washer and dryer at an additional cost of $100 per month.
