Two ways to request service

  • In the event of an emergency please call 911 for the Fire Department, Police Department or Emergency Medical Service.

  • Through your resident portal you can submit routine service requests, you can access this by clicking here.

  • Emergency Service Requests and routine service requests can be logged 24 hours a day 365 days a year by calling 866-777-4117

  • If you are locked out of your apartment call our Public Safety Office at 617-282-3555, there are charges associated with the lock out service.

  • Emergency service requests will be addressed immediately

  • No heat in cold weather or no air conditioning in extremely hot weather

  • Loss of electrical power, no hot water

  • Toilet clogs in apartments with only one bathroom or Sewer Backups

  • Water leaking from toilet, washing machines, dishwasher, or hot water heater, or any other water intrusion

  • Gas leaks or no gas or frozen pipes

  • Wild animal such as squirrel in apt

  • Natural disaster such as flood, fire, storm, or wind damage

  • Non working elevator

  • Security related issue, such as vandalism or broken window, door, or lock

  • For extended parking during snowstorms please contact our management team for tips

  • Check all appliances to guarantee they are turned off

  • Check cupboards for unwrapped food and empty the garbage

  • Check the refrigerator before you leave, and give perishables to a neighbor

  • Arrange to have newspapers and mail held until your return

  • Ensure that all windows are closed and locked, and that all window coverings are closed

  • Consider connecting a timer to lights or a radio to deter potential intruders
