Harbor Point will NOT reimburse ANY deposit. *

I understand that if someone is moving out of the apartment, it is the responsibility of the remaining roommates to pay the roommate who is leaving their portion of the security deposit and/or last month’s rent back to them. Harbor Point on the Bay will NOT reimburse ANY Security Deposit or Last Month Rent payments in the case of a roommate change, addition, or removal.
