We have the following equipment available for the following sports: soccer, volleyball, disc golf, tennis, pickleball, Kan Jam, cornhole, Frisbees, and ping pong.  If there is any other type of equipment you feel we should offer, please contact the Management Office.

The Harbor Point pool will be opening Memorial Day weekend.  The large pool will be open Saturday/Sunday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

As of 6/17-9/1/25, both pools will be open from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.  Please remember that anyone wishing to use the pool needs to obtain a wristband at the Fitness Center Desk. You will need to bring a photo ID so the staff person can verify your tenancy.  If you wish to bring a guest, you may bring a maximum of two guests per visit ($10/guest). Guests may not use the pool without a leaseholder present.

Management Notes

Harbor Point is a smoke-free property and no smoking is allowed. If you wish to smoke, please do so on Mt. Vernon Street or along the boardwalk.  All cigarettes should be properly disposed of to avoid mulch fires.  At no time should residents be smoking inside their unit or on property and carelessly disposing of their smoking materials.;

Residents are required to pick up after their pets on property; dog waste stations are located in different areas for your convenience. Do not dispose of feces in building lobbies. Please dispose in dumpsters.

Mattresses may not be disposed of at Harbor Point; if you need to dispose of a mattress, please contact Management for information on a disposal company and their costs.

Items may not be left in the common areas, including hallways. If shoes, mats, decorations, etc. are found in the hallways, they will be removed and discarded without notice.

Packages should be picked up promptly from all building lobbies. We strongly encourage residents to use the Amazon lockers located on property or the package concierge service to avoid loss of packages.

Maintenance Notes

Spring Into Smart Flushing Habits!

🚨 Important Notice for Residents: Protect Your Plumbing! 🚨

Dear Residents,

We need your help in keeping our community’s plumbing system running smoothly! Flushing items like wipes (even "flushable" ones), feminine products, paper towels, cotton swabs, and other non-toilet paper materials can cause serious plumbing issues, leading to costly and inconvenient problems for everyone.

Why is this a problem?

🔹 Blockages & Clogs – Unlike toilet paper, these items don’t break down easily. They can build up in pipes, causing blockages that lead to overflows and backups.
🔹 Expensive Repairs – Clogged pipes can lead to major plumbing issues, requiring costly maintenance that could result in increased utility bills or fees.
🔹 Sewage Backups – A severe clog can cause wastewater to back up into apartments, leading to unpleasant odors, water damage, and unsanitary conditions.
🔹 Environmental Damage – Many of these materials do not dissolve and can contribute to pollution in our water systems.

What should you do?

ONLY flush toilet paper and human waste.
DO NOT flush:

  • Baby wipes, cleaning wipes, or "flushable" wipes

  • Feminine hygiene products (tampons, pads, liners)

  • Paper towels or tissues

  • Cotton swabs or dental floss

  • Grease, food, or any other household waste

Instead, please dispose of these items in the trash. A simple change in habit can prevent plumbing emergencies, protect your home, and save everyone time and money!

Thank you for your cooperation! 🚰💙

🌿 Prep Your Apartment for Summer – Keep cool by switching out heavy bedding for lighter sheets, using blackout curtains to block heat, and making sure your air conditioning unit is clean and working efficiently.

🎆 Summer Events & Activities – The Boston area comes alive in the summer with free concerts, farmers markets, and outdoor movie nights. Keep an eye out for local events at Moakley Park, the Seaport District, and Downtown Boston.

🚲 Stay Active & Explore – Rent a Bluebike and explore nearby neighborhoods, visit Castle Island for stunning views, or enjoy a day trip to the Boston Harbor Islands.

🌡️ Stay Cool & Hydrated – Beat the summer heat by drinking plenty of water, wearing light clothing, and taking breaks in the shade when outside.
